How to Apply
Leave Japan
You must leave Japan and no longer have an address in Japan. Make sure to complete your departure procedures at the municipal office.
Wait 2 Years Maximum
Submit your claim within 2 years after leaving Japan. Claims submitted after 2 years will not be accepted.
